Tsiknopempti, or Fat Thursday, marks the beginning of the carnival festivities in Greece – and is celebrated by Greeks around the world by grilling and eating a ton of meat. Steaks, Souvalki, loukaniko, you name it. Slap it on the grill and you’re on your way.
