How Great Leaders Inspire Action [Video]

This TED Talk by Simon Sinek is really inspiring and I believe every executive and manager in business should see this at least once. Simon is someone I draw lots of inspiration from in my professional life so I actually watch this video quite a few times a year. He’s a pioneer in the realm of leadership in the workplace and I truly believe his teachings can help any organization set themselves apart from their competition. In this TED Talk, Simon describes the difference with Apple, Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Wright Brothers versus everyone else – and its all about staring with the question, ‘Why?” This is applicable from the smallest of mom and pop shop to the largest corporation, so if you have any influence in a business or organization, take 18 minutes out of your day and watch this presentation.
